Halloween Preview

Thomas wanted to be an ODST (Orbital Deployed Shock Trooper) from HALO. As usual... we both procrastinated a bit the start date. Compounding this year's schedule was the fact that St. Joe is Trick Or Treating on Thursday due to a football game on All Hallow's Eve... As it turns out, we got the costume done in one day (woot!) and will have more time to enjoy the candy raiding the day before Thomas' Halloween Party (aka HALO til DAWN Marathon).

Costume consists of:
1) Paintball vest from previous costume.
2) Various construction knee/elbow pads (use them in the shop when he's not..)
3)Sweat pants and shirt.
4)Wall Bike hanger and paint tray and tubing.(armoured backpack/rebreather)
5) Black work gloves
6) Borrowed pair of Dad's black socks...
7) Nerf Sniper Rifle with custom paint job.
8) Paint Ball Mask
9) Tango Down Sniper cap (Thanks Engle)
10) Working Night Vision Goggles (EyeClops) - available at Target. One of the best toys... ever.

All this added up... well, really the goggles were the most expensive item followed by one pair of my knee pads....
Seeing your kid dressed up like someone who could kick Master Chief's butt? Priceless.
