Happy New Year

Well I admit it... my Christmas tree is still it. It's one of those things I love so dearly; the twinkling lights, the soft cast shadows where my cat hides and all those tastey candy canes waiting to be eaten. Its been fun but come this Saturday the whole mess goes into a box and I get to eat all the left over candy canes.

Speaking of the holidays, I got to spend nearly two weeks with my family back in good 'ol central Indiana. I had a great time, especially getting to see and torment, I mean mentor all my nieces and nephews. Actually we all had a great time. I got a chance to visit the State Museum and the Eitlejorg museum in Indy. Both I highly recommend.

Also, while I was in town, best bud Andy finally popped the question to Francie. About time. Congrats again to both of you. Remember Andy: Circle of Life.

And it wounld be an entry from me without a mention of a bit o tech. I finally got Media Center 2005 (more on that later) and my Media Center Extender for XBOX working. Well, it works. The streaming Live TV isn't that bad on the "G" network. It's kinda cool to leave MSNTV Today up or let it play slideshow of ALL My Pictures :)

And to all those following, works been great but busy (so nothing new, at least that I can share and not have to shoot you). I've watched coutless hours of movies which means more movie reviews are piling up (stay tuned).
